Homework: Open a project for you idea on devpost/several projects if you have several ideas
any comments/questions, please discuss here
Step 2: Write a Short Project Description for Each Idea on Devpost
For each idea, write a short description of what your startup would do. This is just a quick explanation—focus on what problem your idea solves and how it solves it. Here are some questions to guide you:
• What is the core problem your startup addresses?
• Who will benefit from your idea (who are the target users)?
• What makes your idea different from what’s already out there?
• How would your solution work in the real world? (This doesn't need to be detailed; just a general idea of how it might function)
Example:
Idea #1: Smart Study Planner App
• Problem: Students often forget deadlines or struggle with managing their schedules between classes, homework, and social activities.
• Target Users: College students.
• How it solves it: An app that syncs class schedules, assignment deadlines, and personal to-do lists into one calendar. It sends reminders and helps prioritize tasks.
• What makes it different: The app integrates with existing school systems and offers smart study tips based on deadlines and personal productivity patterns.

Step 3: Keep Adding New Ideas
While working on your ideas, keep your mind open. As you think about problems, you might come up with new ideas or realize that a solution to one problem can be part of a bigger picture. Keep adding to your list of ideas as they come to you.
